Taking all the newfound fame in stride, Quvenzhane and her mom graciously pose for my request of a mother and daughter portrait. They were both truly delightful and thanked me for my help with their makeup and hair prep for the interview at Fox News. Then, the family was whisked off to the White House to visit the First Lady with Oscar nominated Director, Benh Zeitlin and Dwight Henry.
What will she wear to tonight’s Oscars?
Most likely something pink sparkly with her signature puppy purse by her side.
